Himanshu Joshi Founder / Trek-Lead
An entrepreneur by profession and a trekker by passion, Himanshu started VandeHimalaya in 2018. With a vision to explore and document new trails, solve problems in the mountains and implement sustainable ways of trekking. Himashu leads VandeHimalaya, a community that has changed the face of trekking in India. He has done a NIM certifications and few explorations in the Himalayas, including many summits. He is also involved in Government funded explorations.
Vijay Bisht Chief Tech
An engineer by profession and a trekker by passion, he is the Head of Tech Learning Programmes at VandeHimalaya. He believes that all young people must trek since there's no better teacher, healer, and motivator than nature in its true form. A Counsellor, Trainer, and Mediator by profession, he is also an avid trekker and promotes sustainable living
Yogesh Pant Chief Moderator
An engineer by profession and a trekker by passion, he is the head of the Experience Coordinator's team and the Documentation Team. He graduated as an engineer and corporate offices never excited him as much as the great outdoors! Nature, adventure and wildlife are the top things that get his heart racing. He likes the opportunity to explore treks. He has done a few explorations in the Himalayas!
